AGG Education & Charitable Trust (R) was founded in 2007 with the vision of “Education for All” by a group of highly qualified professionals from various fields in Bangalore, India. Since its inception, the Trust has been committed to various forms of learning at different educational levels. From Performing Arts to Medical Education, we have ventured into multiple disciplines, always with the intention of serving the public at large. Our presence extends to both Indian & foreign educational platforms, organizations & apex bodies. In 2022, we reconstituted the board and launched SHRI VARCHAS Group of Institutions. Our institutions have introduced Medical Education courses (under the purview of RGUHS & GOK) and are working toward expanding into other streams of education under Bangalore University.

Our Founder Chairman & Dean of Health Sciences, Dr. Poornima Choradi Manjunath, is an Educationist, Neuroanatomist, Performing Artist, and a Mother. Born and raised in Namma Bengaluru, she pursued her education at the top institutions in the city, developing a wealth of knowledge and experience across various educational disciplines. Like mother, like daughter, she dedicates her educational journey to her beloved mother, Mrs. Sumithra G S (Former Zonal Officer, Govt-aided Higher Primary School Education, Karnataka State). She firmly believes that real education should lead to self-realization and the discovery of spiritual values.

Founder Chairman’s Open Letter
Dear All, I truly believe that teaching is a two-way learning process—you teach me, and I teach you back. The concept of RIGHT EDUCATION matters.
Teaching must extend beyond the classroom, incorporating fieldwork, internships, clinical training, practical work, and real-life experiences. This is how today’s generation wants to learn.

At AGG/Shri Varchas, we follow a “Content-Focused Learning” approach, moving beyond the traditional “Student-Centered or Teacher-Centered Learning”.

An MBA in Healthcare Administration & Management and a Performing Artist, our Director has strong roots in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Young, energetic, and result-driven, he believes that Education is the New Currency—but it must be used in the right manner. His passion for education reform comes from his grandmother, who believed that society could be reformed through education alone.
GANESH VINAY C M
Raised in a family of renowned educationists and reformists, our Director, an Engineer by profession, has witnessed first-hand the importance of education in nation-building. "Charity begins at home!" His contributions to the upliftment of the education sector have led him to serve selflessly in various educational institutions, including Shri Varchas.
